Job Description
You'll develop a standardized cost reporting framework to evaluate developers’ construction pricing submissions across project phases. You'll review scopes against a demarcation matrix, identifying deviations and their cost impacts. You'll align all estimates and reports with the Client’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) categories. Also, you'll analyze large-scale construction costs using market intelligence and parametric data. You'll benchmark developers’ security costs against internal data provided by the Client.
