You will develop a standardized cost reporting framework for reviewing and validating Colocation Developers’ base building construction costs, preparing estimate evaluation reports based on ROM, Schematic, or Construction pricing. You will review and validate project scope against predefined demarcation matrices, highlighting deviations, cost impacts, and assumptions or exclusions from developers, AEs, GCs, and Clients.

Design and build innovative data and analytics solutions to support organizational goals and KPIs. Extract insights through data mining, identifying patterns, correlations, and potential risks for better decision-making. Automate data collection and apply visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques. Document and enhance business processes, systems, and analytics throughout project lifecycles.
