OCI Cloud Security Engineer

Security Engineering:

• Implement and validate OCI security posture across IAM policies, network security groups, data encryption, and monitoring.
• Design, build, test, and deploy OCI-native security controls including Cloud Guard, Security Zones, and Security Advisor.
• Build key management for encryption at rest across OCI storage, databases, and SaaS data.

Operations and Integration:

• Integrate OCI logs and events into enterprise SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, or Sentinel) and tune for detection.
• Automate security controls with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OCI Resource Manager.
• Work with system administrators and application teams to harden cloud workloads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of cloud security engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency with OCI security tools and IAM, plus experience with Terraform and SIEM integration.
• Ability to obtain federal background investigation; US citizenship required with 3+ years US residency.
