Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials.
- At least one year of experience in ABA and a New York State Medicaid ID, with a preference for bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans and conduct client assessments.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with ongoing training and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards throughout service delivery.
