Job Summary:

  • Manage all programming aspects of the database, including development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of clinical databases and applications.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to provide status updates, gather requirements, and ensure database compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead operational study teams and programming team members, and provide operational and technical training to end users and junior staff.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility of assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery and communicating status to internal teams and study sponsors.
  • Perform project forecasting of hours, identification of resource requirements, and manage project budgets including out-of-scope work identification.
  • Build and support clinical databases, develop and validate programs, and provide system administration and advanced technical support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree or combination of related experience.
  • Strong experience in Oncology and with Rave and Veeva, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in Object Oriented Programming.
  • Understanding of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM) and proficiency in more than one CDMS system.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare discipline with multiple therapeutic area experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and create plans to achieve project revenue and business goals.
  • Team player willing to collaborate and share knowledge, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
