Assist with ESA, EFH, and NEPA consultations for aquaculture and marine resource activities across the NOAA West Coast Region. Conduct ESA Section 7 and MSA EFH consultations on aquaculture operations. Participate in development of Aquaculture Opportunity Areas and related EIS documents. Review NEPA and MMPA documents for marine species impacts.
The Senior Clinical Data Manager/Principal Clinical Data Manager manages all aspects of the clinical trial data management process from study start up to post database lock for assigned projects, following SOPs/WIs, regulatory directives, and study specific plans. This position oversees database development and testing, acts as the primary DM contact, develops CRF specifications, and trains clinical research personnel. They also perform medical coding, data reconciliation, and troubleshoot operational issues.
