Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between development and business teams to relay requirements and confirm development meets expectations.
- Create queries and perform data mining techniques to capture data, produce reports and analysis for clients.
- Identify and document requirements, user stories, and processes, while providing testing support to confirm client expectations.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other functions.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with IT principles including logic, flowcharting, and coding.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 depending on location, skills, and experience.
- Benefits include medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
- Remote working setting.
