Business Analyst

Role Overview:

• The Business Analyst works in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced consulting environment as part of a collaborative team.
• Coordinates project requirements and client expectations, responds to client inquiries, and analyzes data and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts business analysis for various business platforms and completes analysis on large data sets.
• Prepares and presents parts of written status reports and assists with implementation of major project phases.
• Supports customer service functions and learns use of proprietary PCG software products.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting or IT.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications; Power BI or AWS Quicksight preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation range for this role is $56,200 - $69,900 per year.
