Senior Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will drive significant business impact by shaping our data infrastructure, developing robust data models, and promoting best practices in analytics engineering (e.g., data quality, documentation, and scalable data architectures). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value data solutions and provide informal mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities. You will create and maintain complex, scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt and effectively expose datasets in BI tooling to enable robust self-service analytics. The role involves performing simple data ingestion tasks using no-code tools, ensuring streamlined data flows, and adding comprehensive metadata to datasets. You will also activate data by pushing it from Snowflake into other operational tools.
