Responsibilities:
- Execute systems administration, patching, and vulnerability management for cloud workloads on AWS and GCP.
- Configure security tools, troubleshoot issues across network and compute layers, and implement hardening controls.
On-Call Duties:
- Serve in a 24/7 rotation to respond to security alerts and infrastructure incidents, performing triage and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues and contribute to automation improvements for incident response processes.
Qualifications:
- Requires six years of IT/cybersecurity experience with three years in cloud security, plus hands-on AWS and GCP expertise.
- Desired qualifications include federal compliance experience, relevant certifications, and knowledge of Kubernetes or automation tools.
