As an Incident Response Analyst, you will play a critical role in conducting in-depth analyses and responding to incidents of potential cyber threats facing our clients. This role involves providing helpdesk support to the Army at the Pentagon, offering end-user services for VIPs and staff to ensure secure and continuous operations. The candidate will manage and support IT hardware and software assets, acting as a liaison between end users and helpdesks. Responsibilities include addressing software and hardware problems, installing new hardware, and logging all requests into the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform using ServiceNow.

Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, including VMs, storage, networking, and identity services, while ensuring system performance, security, and high availability. Collaborate across teams to support application lifecycles, enforce compliance, and troubleshoot issues within the Azure environment. Manage virtual machines (VMs), virtual desktops, storage accounts, and network resources in Azure.

Combine the best practices of development, security, and operations, enabling the team to build, deploy, and maintain secure applications and infrastructure. Work alongside our development, security, and operations teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the CI/CD pipeline and the entire software development lifecycle. Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to ensure secure configuration and compliance with best practices.
