AI Product Development Associate

Accela is looking for an AI Product Development Associate to assist in the development and testing of AI/ML models, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and computer vision tools. This role involves supporting data preparation, annotation, and preprocessing tasks for training and evaluating models. The associate will collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI features into product workflows and help build and maintain model evaluation dashboards and performance monitoring tools. The candidate will also research and prototype new AI technologies and frameworks relevant to plan review automation and document findings, experiments, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future development.
