About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end MNO technical onboarding programs for packet core, signaling, and billing.
- Drive signaling delivery programs including Diameter interfaces, MAP-over-IPX, and roaming readiness.
- Coordinate billing and settlement programs with TAP3, CDR integrity, and finance system integration.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years in mobile core/signaling engineering or technical program leadership.
