Seeking a B2C Content & Lifecycle Coordinator to help execute our consumer-facing marketing efforts across social media, email, SMS, and CRM. You'll play a key role in keeping our audience engaged, our campaigns running smoothly, and our content calendar on track. If you're organized, creative, and hands-on with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or CapCut—and you're ready to make an impact from day one—this role is for you. Key responsibilities include writing and scheduling social media posts, drafting email and SMS campaigns, maintaining a content calendar, creating graphics and videos, monitoring community engagement, tracking engagement metrics, and keeping CRM lists organized. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience, strong writing skills, familiarity with email platforms and Canva/CapCut, and excellent organizational skills.
