About the Role:
- Own Discover end-to-end as the lead designer: identify opportunities, set design direction, and ship work that raises the bar.
- Work closely with a founder-led product team with strong vision and high standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design AI-driven discovery experiences with conversational and relational UX.
- Serve both creators and consumers, building trust and visibility on both sides.
- Prototype quickly using AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Lovable.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- 5+ years of product design experience with marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
- Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and Figma for high-fidelity design.
- Proactive communication and comfort designing in ambiguity.
