Required Qualifications:
- Proven leadership as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core, plus solid ADO.NET and SQL Server expertise.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in fast-paced, multicultural settings.

- Cloud platform expertise, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.
- Experience leading teams within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
