Manager, Brand Design

The Manager, Brand Design plays a pivotal role expressing Equip's brand identity through business-driving visual storytelling. This role will be a multi-disciplinary design professional who provides creative leadership across all brand touchpoints and audiences, from website and emails to print and event collateral. Directly supporting the Head of Creative, this role is responsible for ensuring visual excellence and strategic alignment with business goals. This is a player-coach role in which you will execute top-tier creative while also leading a small team of designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to help them grow and deliver their best work. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and empathetic leadership.
