Key responsibilities include leading comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned with company objectives and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach. Set social media goals and report on results, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration. Oversee crisis communication protocols for social channels. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Paid Marketing, Content, Brand Design, and other teams within Remote. Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for brand differentiation in the social space. Lead social media campaign ideation and execution for major company initiatives and product launches. Establish and maintain social media governance and best practices documentation.
