Team Lead - Data Science

Seeking a driven and pragmatic Team Lead to join the Data Science Research team on a 1.5-year temporary contract as a parental leave replacement. This hybrid role combines team leadership with hands-on technical contributions. You will lead a group of skilled engineers and data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities include leading a team of data scientists and engineers, acting as a proactive driver, prioritizing team workload, mentoring engineers, onboarding new team members, working closely with stakeholders, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle, and staying informed on industry trends.
