Job Description
This role is technical and collaborative : Lead technology transfer projects for vaccine drug products. Develop and execute process validation strategies. Serve as a technical SME for drug product process stages.
Requires strong expertise and hands on experience: Strong expertise in process characterization, validation, and lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, digital twins, or advanced analytics in manufacturing.
Involves leading risk assessment and providing mentorship: Lead risk assessments (pFMEA), deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation. Provide technical support during audits and health authority inspections, while mentoring junior engineers.
