Job Description
The IAM Analyst will provide exceptional customer service while fulfilling user security access requests. They will administer and support Okta, including group management, application integration, MFA, and troubleshooting authentication issues. This role involves managing and maintaining Active Directory groups, permissions, and policies, as well as supporting CyberArk administration and resolving access-related issues. The analyst will review security permissions, respond to audit requests, and maintain system functionality while staying updated on IAM systems and security best practices.
