Risk Management Framework
Role Overview:
- You will serve as a technical lead for FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring, translating regulatory requirements into engineering solutions.
- The role combines security engineering, DevSecOps, and compliance automation to strengthen audit readiness.
- You will work across engineering, product, security, legal, and federal customer teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the technical roadmap for FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring, transitioning manual reporting to automated telemetry.
- Design compliance-as-code frameworks and automated validation processes to reduce manual effort.
- Conduct technical risk assessments and recommend compensating controls and remediation strategies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in security engineering, DevOps, or related fields with process development and coding skills.
- 4+ years of expertise with NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP High baselines, and DoW SRG overlays.
- Strong scripting and Infrastructure as Code capabilities with Shell, Python, or Terraform.
