Cybersecurity – Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) - Clearance Required

Responsibilities:

• Lead A&A activities and continuous monitoring under RMF for an AI platform's federal deployment, ensuring Authority to Operate attainment and maintenance.
• Develop security policies aligned to DHS requirements and track POA&M remediation, escalating risks to leadership.
• Coordinate compliance efforts with engineering teams and government stakeholders, interpreting noncompliance into mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years hands-on RMF experience.
• CISSP or equivalent certification and strong AWS cloud security knowledge, especially in GovCloud environments.
• Experience writing ATO-grade documentation and briefing senior leaders on compliance posture.
