About the Role:
- Provide strategic guidance to build and scale an Information Security program from scratch.
- Mentor emerging security leaders and foster a security-first culture across engineering and product teams.
What You Will Do:
- Improve and maintain perimeter and network-layer defenses (WAF, Rate Limiting, Anti-bot, DDoS mitigation).
- Secure product APIs, strengthen authentication, and run vulnerability management processes.
- Lead incident response, coordinate external pentests, and manage the Bug Bounty program.
What We Expect:
- 7+ years in senior Information Security leadership (CISO, VP of Security) with a proven mentoring track record.
- Deep expertise in high-compliance environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) and highload systems.
- Fluent Russian and exceptional ability to communicate complex risks to executives.
