IT Manager - Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations - Remote

The IT Security Manager coordinates Prime's cybersecurity engineering and operations and ensures the safety and security of our technology systems. The Manager designs, implements, and maintains policies and procedures related to cybersecurity technology, as well as managing a team of cybersecurity professionals. This role involves working with a variety of cybersecurity tools and technologies. Lead a team of security engineers focused on executing security initiatives. Design, architect and implement solutions to strengthen infrastructure and corporate security posture. Manage SIEM, EDR, XDR, Data Protection, Cloud and other IT security controls. Oversee all phases of Vulnerability Management including scanning, reporting, and remediation tracking. Ensure Security Operations tools are utilized and operating efficiently, identify gaps in process or procedure and implement new solutions accordingly. Manage the company's cloud security controls, including AWS and Microsoft 365, to ensure secure access and data protection.
