Data Science Manager

As a Data Science Manager, you will lead insights and data science across Headway’s full patient acquisition and matching funnel — from marketing and discovery through provider matching and retention in care. You will lead a team of data scientists who uncover insights, drive experimentation, and develop models that guide how patients find care through Headway. You’ll shape the analytics and measurement strategy for how we attract, convert, and retain patients and ultimately how we deliver better mental health outcomes at scale. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design leaders. The ideal candidate brings both technical rigor and empathy for the patient and provider experience and someone who can translate data into strategic decisions that improve access to care and business performance alike.
