Specification Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end specification management
• Maintain specifications within retailer systems
• Own artwork approval and labelling compliance

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in high-risk food manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of GFSI & SQF standards

Additional Skills:

• Proven experience in specification management
• Strong expertise in allergen management and VITAL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
