Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data organization, reporting directly to the VP of Data and Platform. This leadership role will oversee a team of approximately 8 data analysts and will be instrumental in building a world-class analytics function. As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will lead and mentor a team of 8 analysts, fostering growth and collaboration. You'll build scalable analytics processes and translate business needs into impactful analytics projects and insights. Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive data-informed decisions. Manage workload, priorities, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
