What You'll Do:
- Design realistic AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts and real-world design challenges.
- Create engineering problem statements covering structural analysis, design, simulation, and code compliance.
- Develop reference solutions and scoring criteria to evaluate AI-generated responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's or PhD a plus).
- Professional experience in structural analysis and design with hands-on OpenSees experience.
- Strong understanding of design codes like ACI 318, AISC 360, or Eurocode.
Nice to Haves:
- Advanced degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Experience with seismic engineering, structural retrofit, or finite element modeling.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or engineering model evaluation.
Additional Information:
- Fully remote, project-based opportunity with flexible schedule.
- Compensation ranges from $80–110 USD per hour, with weekly payments.
