Job Description
What you’ll be doing: Supporting agile delivery squads on prioritised projects – designing, documenting, and implementing network solutions. Overseeing provisioning, installation, and upgrades of data and voice communication networks. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network & firewall issues and recommending performance improvements. Reviewing and endorsing vendor work, especially our network service provider’s, to ensure it meets Contact’s standards. Mentoring others in networking & security and helping shape the future of our infrastructure.
