About the Role:
- Build and deploy ML models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier risk scoring, and cost optimization.
- Create novel features from ERP, IoT, and third-party datasets and build ETL pipelines for production serving.
- Act as the AI liaison to Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring alignment on data requirements and change management.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years in applied data science or ML, with a Master's or PhD in a relevant technical field.
- Expert in statistical modeling and ML with strong Python and SQL skills, and proven experience deploying production ML systems.
- Proficiency in MLOps practices and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep expertise in time-series forecasting and Bayesian methods for uncertainty quantification.
- Experience designing cost optimization algorithms and deploying low-latency inference across multiple regions.
- Domain knowledge in supply chain concepts and ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
