Job Description
The Executive Director (ED) of the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and Behavioral Health services is responsible for the operational leadership of Vinfen's array of community Behavioral Health services, including the CBHC [which includes the core services, community crisis stabilization services and mobile crisis intervention services] fee for service outpatient clinic services, and related in home, emergency, and diversion services for adult and child mental health and substance use disorders. The ED is responsible for the effective management of programs including oversight of quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing, safety, service delivery and financial performance. The ED leads the expansion and enhancement of telehealth services and the development and implementation of new behavioral health service lines to meet the needs of Vinfen's clients and to take advantage of new opportunities in the community behavioral health system of care. Experience establishing clinical training programs including arrangements with academic institutions for pre- and post-graduate students, interns, fellows, and recruits. Success in developing high performing teams and building a culture of inclusion and diversity.
