Finance Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our growing team and support all core aspects of finance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and supporting financial reporting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and helping keep the business running smoothly. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Own Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes—track invoices, payments, and outstanding receivables. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity across systems. Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support expense tracking, vendor payments, and internal financial workflows. Help implement and streamline financial processes and systems as the company scales. Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable financial regulations.
