Job Description
This role involves technical leadership and architecture, owning the end-to-end architecture for MLS and property data, and driving technical design reviews.
Backend, data, and platform engineering include designing, building, and operating backend services using Python or Java.
Additionally, implementing scalable data processing with Spark or Flink and championing observability and operational excellence.
Involves building and maintaining high-volume, schema-evolving streaming and batch pipelines as well as partnering with analytics engineering and data science.
Includes collaborating with ML/AI engineers to design and scale AI agents that automate MLS feed onboarding and translating ambiguous business problems into technical strategies.
