New Mechanical Engineer, Parcel

As a Mechanical Engineer, Parcel you’ll apply your knowledge of engineering principles and materials to detail all aspects of material handling systems. You will be responsible for creating drawing sets that communicate the design to all stakeholders, including customers during firm engineering, building officials for permitting, and suppliers and subcontractors for their design and installation. You will contribute to a project team and report to an engineering manager. Your methodical approach, solid technical know-how, and attention to detail in your work will be appreciated. In this role, you will review and apply customer specifications to design, review architectural drawings, participate in firm engineering meetings, produce detailed mechanical installation drawings, create bills of material, and create point load drawings when required.
