Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy.
- Define platform-specific strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
- Align influencer campaigns with broader paid, brand, and performance marketing goals.
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach:
- Identify and evaluate creators with predominantly U.S.-based audiences.
- Conduct outreach, negotiate contracts, and structure performance-based deals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers.
Performance & Optimization:
- Track campaign performance via Hubspot and Looker.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Scale high-performing partnerships into long-term affiliate programs.
