Job Description
Provide confidential virtual consultations and mental health assessments for members. Deliver brief interventions or first-line support for stress, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns. Refer cases requiring specialized psychiatric care or long-term therapy to appropriate professionals. Collaborate with the company on digital wellness initiatives, including virtual mental health programs and campaigns. Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records in line with privacy and ethical standards.
