What you'll do:
- Define, implement, and maintain product metrics and KPIs across adoption, usage, funnels, engagement, and clinical impact.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in tools such as Looker, Mode, or similar.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and cohort analyses to validate feature impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop statistical models to quantify the relationship between clinician behavior and clinical or business outcomes.
- Instrument features using product analytics tools, owning event schema design, funnel tracking, and behavioral segmentation.
- Query and transform data from cloud data warehouses using advanced SQL.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science supporting SaaS or digital products.
- Deep experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, cohort analyses, and causal inference-based evaluations.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
