Job Description

The Communication Specialist will support marketing initiatives across brands and divisions, working remotely with opportunities to visit central offices. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience and is responsible for crafting quality communications for both external and internal audiences. A high-priority responsibility, representing over 50% of your work, is developing winning sales proposals. You will also create new product literature and client-facing materials, engage in content for marketing campaigns and digital strategies, draft internal communications, and offer creative content for various marketing projects. Through these channels, captivating content will enhance Xpera’s brand equity and strengthen its market position. You will collaborate across divisions, including sales and operational teams, as well as with marketing team colleagues, including graphic designers, website specialists, and digital specialists, to support a strong market presence.
