Job Description

SOC Project Management:

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of SOC projects.
  • Coordinate all project phases from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed customer expectations.

Customer Communication & Strategy:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Support your customer base and ensure they get the most out of services.
  • Work alongside customers to develop their Cybersecurity strategies.

Service Development & Governance:

  • Manage the mySOC service using adapted governance.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of services by adapting them to customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings.
