Job Description
SOC Project Management:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of SOC projects.
- Coordinate all project phases from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
Customer Communication & Strategy:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Support your customer base and ensure they get the most out of services.
- Work alongside customers to develop their Cybersecurity strategies.
Service Development & Governance:
- Manage the mySOC service using adapted governance.
- Ensure the ongoing development of services by adapting them to customer needs.
- Contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings.
