As part of the local Human Resources team, you will participate in shaping the future of new and existing aDvengers. Your main focus is recruiting, handling tasks in application management including pre-screening, scheduling, participating in interviews, and communication between candidates and hiring managers. You will also assist in optimizing existing and drafting as well as implementing new HR processes and policies.

Protect private and public organizations against cyber risks, supporting customers in Germany, Austria & Switzerland in their cybersecurity initiatives. Manage projects, contribute to Advens' development through curiosity and innovation, and work on varied projects from cybersecurity master plans to compliance projects.
