Responsibilities include developing and implementing a scalable, flexible, and highly available modern platform architecture, participating in architectural discussions, building and testing new ideas, assisting junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Utilizing public cloud services like Azure or AWS is essential for optimizing platform performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
