What You'll Do:

  • Investigate customer data questions using SQL and research issues end-to-end.
  • Create detailed engineering tickets with reproduction steps and root-cause analysis.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support to improve platform quality.

How You'll Grow:

  • Expand your technical skills in Python, AI-assisted development, and Git.
  • Learn modern software engineering practices alongside experienced engineers.
  • Take on increasingly technical projects to build the foundation for a Junior Software Engineer role.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience with strong SQL skills.
  • Curious, analytical, and committed to building a long-term career in software engineering.
