What You'll Be Doing:
- Build, manage, and grow the TikTok affiliate and influencer program.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators aligned with the brand.
- Develop long-term relationships with affiliates to drive consistent sales.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing TikTok affiliate programs for US-based private label brands.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and creator marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
