The Opportunity:
- Lead CFG's electrical engineering group, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
- Set technical direction and serve as a trusted technical partner to clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Lead:
- Technical leadership for data center and critical facility electrical design, from concept through construction.
- Team leadership, including managing, mentoring, and developing electrical engineers and designers.
- Project, client, and construction leadership, coordinating with all disciplines.
What You'll Bring:
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license and typically 8+ years of electrical design experience.
- Deep knowledge of critical power systems, medium- and low-voltage distribution, protection, and grounding.
- Proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of SKM or ETAP study review.
