Senior Full-Stack Developer

Lead end-to-end development across modern web applications using React and Node.js. In this role, you’ll architect and ship new products, mentor other developers, and collaborate across teams. You’ll set the bar for quality, scalability, and performance — while also contributing to a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing complex full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend), leading technical decision-making, developing and maintaining scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, owning deployments and infrastructure (AWS), collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and staying up to date with industry trends.
