Staff Data Engineer

As a Staff Data Engineer at Capital Rx Health - Judi Care, you will serve as a technical lead for our data engineering team. You’ll architect and build scalable, reliable data pipelines and systems that power analytics, machine learning, and product features. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and data science to ensure our platform meets both immediate business needs and long-term infrastructure goals. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain batch and streaming pipelines using Dagster, Databricks, Apache Spark, and dbt Develop and evolve data models and business logic in Snowflake using dbt for transformation, testing, and documentation Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, observability, testing, and lineage Partner with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to define data interfaces and enable cross-functional use of data Contribute to the architecture of Capital Rx’s modular data platform, enabling client-specific data customization Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers on scalable and maintainable patterns Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize cost and performance of our data stack
