Staff Accountant

In the Staff Accountant role, you will actively participate in month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including maintaining the general ledger, preparing of journal entries and tracking of accounts receivables and accounts payables. You’ll review, code, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and accruals. On a monthly basis, you will conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger maintenance as well as be responsible for reconciling assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts. You will be responsible for processing and allocating payroll entries across business units. You have the ability to identify process/control weaknesses and work independently to find resolutions and maintain company accounting procedures and processes and ensure compliance of all internal processes.
