You will provide professional information to Maryland medical cannabis patients, caregivers, and providers on product selection, contraindications, and side effects.
This is a remote, part-time, information-only clinical role with no bedside care or medication administration.
Schedule is approximately 12-15 hours per week, primarily Wednesday-Friday 3-6 PM and Saturday 11 AM-2 PM ET.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls during scheduled hours, providing non-promotional medical cannabis information.
Triage concurrent calls and return callbacks within 15 minutes, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Record call data in de-identified format and collaborate with clinical leadership on complex questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license in Maryland and current HIPAA training.
Strong telephone communication skills and comfort with remote call-center software.
No conflict of interest with cannabis licensees or active certifying providers.
