Marketing Lead

Svix is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive marketing efforts and work closely with the CEO to shape the company's growth strategy. The mission is to build and scale a repeatable marketing engine that increases revenue and pipeline creation for Svix. You will refine our ICP, positioning, messaging, conversions, and growth channels. Key responsibilities include generating enterprise leads and self-serve customers, leading the GTM strategy, clarifying the ICP definition and positioning, and optimizing conversion rates from website visits to activation. The ideal candidate should be strategic and able to execute tactical growth experiments. Must understand backend engineers, APIs, and developer workflows to create credible content and campaigns.
